Research

While preparing your startup, be sure to research and understand the market that you will be entering. Use the searchable Resource Finder to find programs that provide market research assistance. Local libraries are a great place to start. 

Classes

Many organizations have free and low-cost classes and workshops for all types of entrepreneurs. Be sure to explore the Calendar of Events to find an event near you.

Counseling

The Small Business Development Center and Small Business Technology Development Center offer no charge one-on-one business appointments to the public. To find a center, use the searchable Resource Finder.

Connection

The City provides in-person assistance with our team of Resource Connectors for free help getting you to the right resources. Make an appointment with one of our team members for personalized assistance with building a successful small business Oʻahu.
