Value-Added, Hands-On Session 1: Blend Your Own Pa‘akai Mix (In-person)

Join us at the WVAPDC for our first in-person value-added workshop! This session will focus on understanding salt varietials, the science of salt, and blending basics. It is the first of six monthly workshops delivered at the WVAPDC this year. Future courses will include charcuterie, fish butchery and fermentation.
