Are you looking to grow your business with government contracts and learn more about the City permitting process? Join us for a comprehensive workshop for small businesses where you’ll discover the ultimate contractor’s toolkit for unlocking valuable certifications and accessing lucrative government contracting opportunities. Learn about the City permitting process. You’ll also walk away with information about Small Business Administration (SBA) small business certifications, including:

  • Women-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB)
  • Economically Disadvantaged Small Businesses (EDWOSB)
  • 8(a) Certification
  • Veteran Small Business Certifications (VETCERT)
  • Hub Zone Program.

Additionally, discover how veterans can benefit from the State Surplus Program and gain insights into the advantages of the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program. Lastly, Understand financing options when working with the governement.

After the panel discussion, 1:1 appointments will take place. Appointments will be scheduled the morning of the workshop from 11:30 to 1:30am on a first come first served basis. SBA, OER, Business Counselors, local lenders, and others will be available to meet with you.
