Interested in applying for Hawaii Ag & Culinary Alliance’s (HACA) ChefZone Presents From Cottage Industry to Commercial Enterprise Program in partnership with Leeward Community College (Leeward CC) and the Wahiawa Value-Added Product Development Center (WVAPDC)?
Join us for a webinar to learn about Cohort 4 beginning this June, including Leeward CC’s 12-week Aina to Makeke course designed to bring your food product to market. Aimed at cultivating the next generation of Hawaii’s value-added entrepreneurs utilizing Hawaii-grown, raised or caught ingredients, 15 individuals will be selected to incubate their value-added products with guidance from industry experts to grow their food businesses at the Wahiawa Value-Added Product Development Center. You’ll hear from an alumni of the program, plus we’ll answer your questions about eligibility requirements and how to apply! RSVP by April 9!
